The records of our little friends who enter the shelter can be taken in detail (General information, staff who brought, reason of brought, region of brought, etc.). 

In the notification module, all incoming notifications can be entered into the system. And these notifications are sent to the staff instantly as SMS or E-mail, together with the information from which region our little friend to be taken. 

With the daily control module, the veterinarian who goes to the daily control can assign the animals to the section s/he wants through the mobile application or computer, and write the reason for the assignment as a note.

The protectorate module is a system created for the pet adoption of those who do not have enough place for animal habitat, do not have enough time or cannot look after in their homes due to illness. With the adoption module, the animals to be adopted can be grouped in a separate section in the software and animal selection can be made easily by entering the requested features in the detailed search section. Thus, our little friends can be adopted easily. 

Through the donation module, the donations by the volunteers who came to the shelter can be seen in the system and presented to the user as a list when requested. 

Instant integration with laboratory devices can be achieved and the data received from the device can be automatically associated with the visit. 

The detailed age, type, birth, pedigree information of the patient, and basic and personal information of the patient owner are recorded quickly and securely. Furthermore, many profile pictures of the patient and the owner can be uploaded.

With the Lab module, all laboratory operations can be performed (storage in the examination archive, printout to the customer, test parameters and reference values used in the practice can be changed and added).

You can have official formatted transcripts of the transactions you have performed in the shelter, and you can get rid of the burden of preparing these documents manually and wasting time. 

Stock management is easy and stock arrangement is fast with the stock counting module. 

With the reminder list section, it is possible to communicate with benefactors and plan tasks easily (SMS, phone, e-mail, external patient). 

Thanks to the appointment module, tasks to do, many types of tasks and plans are easily followed up, and appointment reminders can be sent to the person concerned (SMS, E-mail) with a single click. 

All data in your ex-programs that you have used in the past and that are compatible with today's technology, can be transferred to E-vet Pro (Patient, patient owner, vaccination appointments, customer information).

All your letterhead forms are filled automatically, thus an effective form systematic is implemented. 

With the prescription module, your documents are recorded in accordance with the regulation and these documents can be printed out when requested. 

Due to the structure of the program, each module consists of different sections within itself. Separate special authorization (addition, deletion, edition, monitoring, printout/xls, pdf, txt, rtf) can be made for each section. 

Specific treatment packages can be created and patient implementations can be monitored through the created treatment list. 

In order to standardize the process in the shelter and prevent losses, it is possible to create vaccine, operation and treatment packages.
