Dear colleagues, we are closely following the developments in the world and in our country regarding the Covid-19 outbreak, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.

We are taking measures to maintain the continuity of the service we provide by putting our pandemic prevention action plan into effect.

Accordingly, we would like you to know that we have sufficient stock in the consumables of biochemistry, hemogram, blood gas and other devices that are of critical importance and requires consumables, and that they will be delivered to our colleagues in case of need. You do not need to stock up on these products. However, it is recommended to contact your regional sales representatives at least three days before your stocks run out.

For the continuity of our routine services, our cargo services will continue through our warehouse staff on duty.

Our installation and technical service will be performed remotely as far as possible in order to protect the patients in your practice, you and the environment; if it is not enough, it will be executed on-site with special devices and by taking special hygiene measures.

Our software support services will also be provided uninterruptedly via remote connection.

Our projects will continue to be developed by our software engineers with the "home office" method of working at home.

If the Covid-19 Pandemic decrease phase lasts longer than anticipated, we will start to create a webinar infrastructure to reach up-to-date information in vocational training.
