KLIVET International VII. Spring Symposium was held on 11-14 April 2019 at Sueno Deluxe Belek Hotel. Veterinarian Ayça SAĞ, a member of Hasvet Family, made a presentation on "Basic Performance Indicators and Good Management Practices in Pet Clinic Management" at the symposium. Ayça SAĞ studies veterinary practice management and business administration both in her MBA education at Antalya Bilim University and in her doctoral thesis at Ankara University. We would like to appreciate Veterinarian Ayça SAĞ, who made Hasvet a favorite company of innovative approaches with this presentation. The 14th Small Animal Veterinary Association International Continuing Education Congress was held on 8-10 November 2019 at WOW Istanbul Hotels & Convention Center. In the congress supported by Hasvet Medikal as a platinum sponsor, Philips Affiniti 50 doppler from Philips, the market leader in cardiac ultrasonography in the world; Baxter Prismaflex from Baxter, the market leader in hemodiafiltration in America and Europe; and Hasvet VUS, Turkey's first visual veterinary urine sediment analyzer, were launched. Our General Coordinator Veterinarian-MBA Hidayet ŞİMŞEK, Veterinarian Ayça SAĞ and Veterinarian Yunus Emre BÜYÜKBALLI made presentation at the symposium named "Ecosystem in Veterinary Medicine". The meeting with the future veterinarians within the scope of the "I. NATIONAL IVSA-KU SCIENCE CONGRESS and SECTORAL MEETING" was held on 23-25 October 2019, hosted by Kırıkkale University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Our General Coordinator, Veterinarian-MBA Hidayet ŞİMŞEK shared his experiences with our students with his presentation titled "A drop of blood, a line of code". We would like to thank the participants and everyone who contributed to the organization.

The 1st International Veterinary Practice Management and Business Administration Congress was held on 27-29 February 2020 at Radisson Blu Hotel Şişli. Veterinarians should be good practitioners as well as good managers. It is not possible to provide a good practical service without mastering the motivation of the team, stock tracking, accounting, liquidity management, etc. We believe that it is very important to organize the 1st International Veterinary Practice Management and Business Administration Congress in order to eliminate the deficiencies in this area. In the congress, issues that directly concern the practitioners such as rational and stress-free practical design, costing and pricing in practical services, applications to increase income and profitability, social media and effective communication, brand value creation, legal and ethical issues were discussed. On behalf of Hasvet Medical and E-vet Software as the main sponsors of the congress, we would like to thank the Organizing Committee in the person of Congress Co-Chairs Prof. Dr. Ebru Yalçın and Prof. Dr. Yılmaz ARAL and the participants who came to seek the better.
