Dear colleagues, we are closely following the developments in the world and in our country regarding the Covid-19 outbreak, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. We are taking measures to maintain the continuity of the service we provide by putting our pandemic prevention action plan into effect. Accordingly, we would like you to know that we have sufficient stock in the consumables of biochemistry, hemogram, blood gas and other devices that are of critical importance and requires consumables, and that they will be delivered to our colleagues in case of need. You do not need to stock up on these products. However, it is recommended to contact your regional sales representatives at least three days before your stocks run out. For the continuity of our routine services, our cargo services will continue through our warehouse staff on duty. Our installation and technical service will be performed remotely as far as possible in order to protect the patients in your practice, you and the environment; if it is not enough, it will be executed on-site with special devices and by taking special hygiene measures. Our software support services will also be provided uninterruptedly via remote connection. Our projects will continue to be developed by our software engineers with the "home office" method of working at home. If the Covid-19 Pandemic decrease phase lasts longer than anticipated, we will start to create a webinar infrastructure to reach up-to-date information in vocational training. We share our Covid-19 Action Plan with all our industry stakeholders and practices, with the intention that it may be useful for your veterinary practices and hospitals if needed. KLIVET International VII. Spring Symposium was held on 11-14 April 2019 at Sueno Deluxe Belek Hotel. Veterinarian Ayça SAĞ, a member of Hasvet Family, made a presentation on "Basic Performance Indicators and Good Management Practices in Pet Clinic Management" at the symposium. Ayça SAĞ studies veterinary practice management and business administration both in her MBA education at Antalya Bilim University and in her doctoral thesis at Ankara University. The 14th Small Animal Veterinary Association International Continuing Education Congress was held on 8-10 November 2019 at WOW Istanbul Hotels & Convention Center. The meeting with the future veterinarians within the scope of the "I. NATIONAL IVSA-KU SCIENCE CONGRESS and SECTORAL MEETING" was held on 23-25 October 2019, hosted by Kırıkkale University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Our General Coordinator, Veterinarian-MBA Hidayet ŞİMŞEK shared his experiences with our students with his presentation titled "A drop of blood, a line of code". We would like to thank the participants and everyone who contributed to the organization.

The 1st International Veterinary Practice Management and Business Administration Congress was held on 27-29 February 2020 at Radisson Blu Hotel Şişli. Veterinarians should be good practitioners as well as good managers. It is not possible to provide a good practical service without mastering the motivation of the team, stock tracking, accounting, liquidity management, etc. We believe that it is very important to organize the 1st International Veterinary Practice Management and Business Administration Congress in order to eliminate the deficiencies in this area. In the congress, issues that directly concern the practitioners such as rational and stress-free practical design, costing and pricing in practical services, applications to increase income and profitability, social media and effective communication, brand value creation, legal and ethical issues were discussed. On behalf of Hasvet Medical and E-vet Software as the main sponsors of the congress, we would like to thank the Organizing Committee in the person of Congress Co-Chairs Prof. Dr. Ebru Yalçın and Prof. Dr. Yılmaz ARAL and the participants who came to seek the better.
